“Although there were issues using the app to pay to charge, customer service was able to complete the session for me. There's usually a wait to charge here but twice I've been lucky enough to pull directly into a station to charge immediately. At 350kw, these chargers are fast, much faster than Chargepoint (125 kw). A full charge (20% to 80%) for my BMW i3 takes about 21 minutes. This is my favorite charging station. Too bad it's so far south as I live near downtown. “I only wish they had multiple CHAdeMO plugs instead of just one. So far I've been lucky and found it available right away, but I'm scared of finding it not available when I need it the most. The price is very high ($0.56 per kW) and it takes 20 minutes to get from 30% to 80%, I pay around $10. The app is very nice to have to check availability, but I don't like that I need to have the auto recharge no matter what to use it. I have been paying at the tower so far, and they charge a $50 refundable holding fee, so that's a bummer (it's cancelled in around 3/4 days).
