“Complete joke. App won’t scan QR code on charger and manually entering the charger ID doesn’t work either. 17 minutes phone call with customer service for them to figure it out. They can’t even reference the charger you’re at with the station ID. WHAT IS THE POINT OF A STATION ID IF YOU CANT REFERENCE IT? Beyond frustrating. Horrible customer service. The EVConnect app is required, so I downloaded the app and tried to register. It would send a code that I'd put in, then have me enter all of my info to create the account.
