“The Mall in Columbia has MANY free Volta chargers. They are level two. This one is near Bank of America/Maggiano's/Seasons 52. This one has a nice wide parking space and easy access. FYI I have seen people park in this space who are not actively charging. Frustrating and there doesn't appear to be any enforcement.
