“This is an excellent place to charge, whether you do it during the day or even after Midnight to take advantage of the lowest rates. It is open 24 hours and the area is well lit at night, since it is in the middle of an outdoor mall (SandHills Shopping Center). The chargers are never fully occupied, even during the day. At night there may be 3 or 4 cars, with Even at its busiest, with 24 FAST Superchargers) there are always many more stalls than cars. At night, many people are rarely there for longer than a few minutes, so there is never a wait. During the day, you have multiple bathrooms open nearby, countless Food and Ice cream places and even many coffee places nearby, including Starbucks with a Drive thru - but is a short drive, on other side of Shopping area. One "dessert" place that offers Coffee & Various baked desserts is very closeby, but past the bathrooms on the South side. There are major stores nearby but even if you arrive at Zero charge, with these Superchargers you won't be here long enough to go shopping for long. The bathrooms are located in walkways leading between this parking area and the land of stores on the other end. A 2nd Starbucks (walk in) was moving in, a short walk past the bathrooms but heading North. I believe they close around 9pm.. Consult Google maps to find it. If they're open and to verify its hours and location relative to you. Google maps wil also reveal all the facilities and stores nearby. Be sure to turn on your LOCATION or GPS to get your bearings. At night, after 9pm, the place gets a bit desolate. Bathrooms are closed.. padlocked. It is still a safe location, and I know because I am a frequent visitor to this mall. You can't beat the charging rates, at 18 cents KW if you charge between 12 midnight and 6am (or 8am - Please verify before coming!) These rates are competitive with charging at home (I pay about 16 cents per KW).” — Ani mal, a year ago
