“2 strikes. The chargers are part of Starbucks parking lot. Not the shopping center. But Starbucks only let's customers use the restroom. You licensed for the chargers in your lot so technically we are Starbucks customers. The other 1st world problem is non EVs use the spots and theres a handicap charging spot?
