“This is a review of Electrify America, not just this particular charging station. At least one charger is down at all times. Try calling Customer Service, I dare you. I was on hold for an unconscionable amount of time and I never got ahold of anyone. So, if you have an immediate issue, there is no immediate solution. I have a problem with the app which has resulted in me not being able to use their chargers. I have attempted to call customer support & messages the company with the issue.
