“Honestly this place saved me BIG time today. I was almost completely out of battery and starting to freak out a little but they had a charger open when I pulled up which felt like a miracle. The whole process from plugging in to starting a charge was really simple and fast even for someone like me who isnt teh most tech savvy It just worked, no glitches or waiting around which is pretty rare for EV charging honestly. “The kiosks have two connectors on each kiosk. I attempted to use the 2nd charger connector while another person was charging with the first but couldn’t get the screen to allow me to initiate the 2nd connector (the one on the right side). Once they finished I had to disconnect and reconnect to start charging. It charged for 2 minutes using connector 2, then stopped for no apparent reason because I had less than 50% charge. I switched to the 1st/leftmost connector the other person used when I arrived and started over and was able to successfully charge. At the end of the successful session, the screen showed there was a system issue and couldn’t display the total for the charge. “I had a very bad experience here, left the car to charge, and went to Walmart, after 30 minutes came back. I was not able to unplug the charger, it was raining, late night, no Uber…. One hour with support line, early morning came back, the engineer from another state came to fix it. And the car was not charged at all. After 2 months they paid the taxi cost.
