What drivers have written

“charger isn't the fastest but is still a level 3. charger also seems to be having issues with the zef app functionality. Best results (even when calling support) was when I just used a credit card to pay. App just kept saying it wasn't connected to my car but it started and ran fine with a card at least. said a tech was coming out to check on why app and remote function is down but who knows if techs really actually service these things. also as an aside the way the parking lot is laid out, the spaces make it pretty awkward to charge anything.” — Toby S, 2 years ago

“As others have mentioned, this charger appears to be functional and accepts your credit card and then provides an error and will not start a session. It is the end of May in 2025 and it’s still not operational. I called the customer support and she told me the charger is definitely off-line and that it has been flagged for repair. I suggest others like me call the corporate office and leave a message to get this remediated because a level three charger is definitely a game changer.” — Christian Oestreich, a year ago

“Love this charger when heading up north. I wish it was faster, but it does the job. Only thing that could be better is if they plowed the entrance. I'm pretty certain I dented my undercarriage driving over the heap of plowed snow at the entrance. Even so, I'm glad this charger exists and will use it again.” — Ryan Walsh, 9 months ago
