“There are 2 stations here, each one has 2 plugs, a Tesla and a regular. One pump was out of order, the other pump had a car plugged into it. We were trying to call the help number to verify the one pump was not working or if maybe just one of the plugs maybe worked. This is what brings me to my bad review. The sign on the pump reads that the pump has been out of order since May 4rth today is the 11th. We called the help number it is discounted and no other number to call. We walked over to the visitors center to see if maybe they could help but they couldn't of course. And whoever owned the other car that was plugged in was not in there. It is just so frustrating that so many charging stations are out of order and no customer support. So we left with no charge.” — Kat Monteiro, 4 months ago

“The charger closest to the building doesn't work. It'll say it'll charge then just ends the session. You also have to start the app and then start paying before you connect the charger. If you connect the charger first you can't start the charge.” — Andrew Bard, 3 months ago

“Warning! These chargers do not work! They appear available and look like they would work (ie the screen shows that it is connecting to your car), but once you enter the credit card info into the app, it fails to connect and times out. I tried it five or six times and it failed every time. I also called the number on the charger for Help and the number has been disconnected.
