“This is one of the most clunky and frustrating charging experiences. Often several of the chargers are down with no clue which ones are working until you try and fail three times. And when the Waymo cars are there, you can bet they are using the good ones and the leftovers may be left over for a reason. And for some reason my bank always declines this station but Google pay works fine. There are stations that have the process and equipment dialed in so charging is quick and easy. This is not one. If it wasn't so painfully well located I would never ever try them again. 3 stars because if I can get a station to connect and charge it turns a frown into a smile.
