“Do not waste your trip coming here to charge. This EVgo station at Westlake Shopping Center is essentially non-functional. None of the stalls work anymore. On top of that, the location is already difficult to find—it’s hidden on the ground floor, in the back alley of the shopping center. You spend time hunting it down, only to discover that charging isn’t possible at all. This isn’t just inconvenient; it’s a complete waste of time, especially for drivers who are low on battery and depending on this stop. “I had a hard time finding the place because I thought it was in the parking garage and the photos listed weren’t very helpful but the reviews were so I should have read those first.
