“I'm new to the EV Charging Unit driving a 2024 Kia Niro , this specific charging station is very difficult to find and generally expecting charging stations to be available and in mass production similar to gas stations, just pull up, swipe, charge, and leave, within a relatively fast time period of 15min or less. The chargepoint charging station I'm located at is in the middle of a rental car lot on heller road in beavercreek, the rental company, united rental, will not move rental vehicles to open up access to the secondary charging connector due to no additional places to park a vehicle. The charging station is also defective with a broken CSS connector. This is absolutely ridiculous, and has reaffirmed the myths that charging stations worth charging at are few and far spread, charging stations are not available and available charging stations take to long to charge your vehicle at. !¡!!UPDATE!!!! ITS NOW THE END OF DEC2025 AND THE STATION IS SHUTOFF, NOT OPERATIONAL, YOU CANNOT CHARGE YOUR VEHICLE HERE.” — Joshua Kidder, 9 months ago
