“I had a terrible experience at this Tesla Supercharger station. There was no attendant on duty anywhere in the parking deck, and I drove around multiple times trying to find someone for help with no luck. I also tried calling for assistance, but no one answered the phone. Because there was no support available, I ended up having to pay a $15 lost ticket fee just to get out of the parking deck. Completely frustrating and unacceptable, especially when you're already trying to charge your vehicle. “The chargers were fine and easy to locate, however you have to get a parking pass to enter. It is free for 30 minutes BUT if you go over that time it's 4 dollars during the weekdays and a whopping 12 dollars on the weekend! That 12 dollars defeats the purpose of charging there if it's going to run me almost 20 dollars to charge. NOT HAPPY AT THAT LOCATION AT ALL!! “This supercharger is on level 2 which is strange you have to get a parking ticket to enter which is free for 30 minutes, pay over time not really happy and confusing for the 1st time visiting for charging. The entrance doesn't say the Tesla supercharger way or charging point sign? It doesn't take more than 30 minutes unless you have 20% or below remaining.
