“They have changed these chargers in the last year from something easy to use to circuit electrique. There is zero lighting at night. I had to stand there at 10pm with v low charge using phone flashlight to plug in, setting up account, downloading app, adding funds to account etc. despite adding credit card to app, ridiculous. Could not just tap credit card. Turns out they accept flo but the signage and info on all these machines suggest you can't use them at all without a hydro Quebec card. Just horrible communication.
