“The situation at static EV charging stations is disheartening. Not only are these charging stations slow to complete their operations, but the EV charging service they provide is also extremely insensitive. Users have to wait for long periods of time, and when they finally line up to charge their vehicles, they are often disappointed by the situation. Due to the station's slow charging speed, it takes users longer to fully charge their vehicle's battery. Furthermore, the irregularity of charging services is a major problem, forcing users to wait long periods for a charging session. Overall, the experience at static EV charging stations is extremely disappointing and results in dissatisfaction among users.
