Several chargers were out of order, which significantly reduced the available options for users. This included the stall with the CHAdeMO adapter, which is essential for Nissan Leaf drivers and other vehicles needing this specific connection. The overall state of the station was in disarray, with visible signs of neglect and poor maintenance. It’s disheartening to see such a critical facility not being properly maintained. For many electric vehicle owners, finding a reliable charging station is crucial, and encountering multiple non-functional chargers is both frustrating and inconvenient. The charging station’s condition not only affects the user experience but also reflects poorly on the commitment to supporting EV infrastructure. The management needs to address these issues promptly to ensure all chargers are operational and the facility is well-maintained. Regular maintenance checks and timely repairs would go a long way in improving the overall experience for users. “Today I went to a station in Boynton Beach FL all 4 chargers were broken. I spent 1 hour on the phone trying to troubleshoot their issues without success. Then I went to a station in Delray Beach FL. Only one charger was working. I had to wait for 45 min while someone else charged. This companies maintenance is a terrible. I have had my vehicle for over a year, every station I go to half the chargers are always broken. Electrify America is owned by VW. This German company is getting massive government grants and does not provide the service they promise. All customer service does is apologize but offer no solutions.
