“CHAdeMO charging port locked in place. ChargePoint app could not initiate a disconnect, error message that the station owner had disabled unlocks. The touch screen to end session was broken and would not respond. Was forced to call EvGO customer support and waited nearly 10 minutes before the agent finally got on the line and initiated the disconnect, adding another $3.00 to the charging cost. “This is the biggest scam in Denver!! Rented a EV and planned to recharge my vehicle on my way back to the airport while I ate. Showed up and one of the chargers was broken so only one was available. I then charged our vehicle starting at 76% and got up to 82% (something like 40 miles of charge) and I paid $19.24!!!!!
