“These are inside the REI parking lot. It says for customers only, but no one bothered me while I sat in my car charging. You do need to get a parking ticket stub when you enter the lot, but the first 0-2 hours of parking are free. Only rated it a 4 star because of the customer only rule. “As someone who hasn't used an EV before let alone charging one (renting this vehicle), we were happy to find out how easy EVgo was to use. We went to several other EV charging stations before this which asked for sign ups, USA numbers (we are from overseas so didn't have one), or difficulty with accessing. Finally, we went to EVgo - which was pretty easy to find (though in a parking lot). Paying was straight forward (swipe a credit card rather than QR codes that didn't go anywhere etc).
