“350 continuously out of service. Dual chargers should be set up with the CCS and CHAMdeMo vs 2 of the same. Many users stay above the 120 limit up to over 2 hrs. Often times non EV parked in spots due to location. There should be a cut off and or # to call for the lot towing or enforcement. “Once I finally figured out the reason the chargers weren't working I moved to a less powerful charging station and it started right up, A lot of EV drivers (mostly the newer ones) don't do enough research and I'm guilty myself sometimes and just going through life, well I found out that some people who've complained on here about chargers not working well it's because you tried to charge a vehicle only capable of charging at a speed of 120 kWh but try to hook your EV to a 300+kWh because you want that "super fast charging" but you're limited to only using the fast 120 kWh chargers unless you have the battery that is capable of the fast charging. I just recently discovered this myself which is why I'm sharing to hopefully help others if you have the same problems it may be that you're using the wrong charging power. But otherwise, it was a easy-to-use and simple charging stations with really nice EV people that are willing to help you if you ask. I wish that the EV companies would be as honest and helpful... would give better rating if I got help from EV Go but it was another EV driver.” — A dF, a year ago
