What drivers have written

“Great charging location. They show regular business hours but i think it may be open 24 hours/day. It's located in the parking lot of a mechanics garage, so not immediately obvious that it is a charging station. One of just a few places in downtown Detroit to do fast charging. Highly recommended! Great company, excellent customer service. And they're a local Detroit based company. Support Red E!” — erik rhee, 10 months ago

“I have had extremely poor experiences with this business. My local charger will take a $50 pending charge from my card 50% of the time and then tell me I can’t charge because my payment declined. It takes DAYS to get the charge to clear. Today it did it, I am missing an entire days worth of work because my car doesn’t have enough charge to get to another station, and I have been trying to reach someone for over an hour by phone and email to no avail. Their customer service is not very helpful and all I want is to speak to SOMEONE, since they have screwed me once again and I am literally missing work because of this. 24/7 support is a joke and if you don’t have any employees working, then you should post that on the website or app somewhere. I will remove this review if Reddit E rectifies this situation.” — Julia M. Martinka, 2 months ago

“Red E is an EV charging station in New Center Detroit that is always safe & relilable. They are located in the black MC3 building off of W Grand Blvd. Their on-site team made me feel comfortable and handled my questions with exceptional customer service. Plus, their EV chargers accept all major credit cards and Apple / Google pay. I highly reccomend Red E for all of your EV charging needs in Detroit and across the country (get the Red E App)!” — Brooke Mathis, a year ago
