“Was a smooth experience UNTIL after the charging and I could not seem to get the CHAdeMO connector to release from my car. I tried many times. A family with same model car as me thankfully showed up about 30 minutes later, and the driver somehow managed to get the connector to remove on the first try. The daughter mentioned she has had troubles with the same plug herself. It looks like maybe you have to twist/tilt the plug just-so before the release can happen.
