“I took time for me to scan the QR post plugging in the charger so, charging didn't work but amount debited from my account. I was thinking what to do now and within a minute I got an automated call from Mahindra and it connected to an agent and the person initiated a refund and guided me to charger post which I was able to charger. I reached this place around 230AM, at this time the restaurant and the shops in that premises were closed I like the way how automated call triggered immediately when I had an issue, good work and keep it up Team Mahindra.” — Krishhh, a month ago

“Worked well got upto 150Kw. Restaurant is also good and toilets are clean. The software and the handshake between the charger and car is extremely slow. Even worse cannot pull the gun from the car as charger does not release it for almost a minute after the charging stops.
