“Busy on a Sunday afternoon. A higher price might help limit how long cars park at the charger. The present rate of zero is too low. The choice of placing the charger at angled parking spaces seems odd. There are right angle pull in parking spaces only 20m away and those would be easier for vehicles with rear charge ports. There is plenty of cable, but no one wants to pull the cable to the far corner of the car and risk rubbing the paint.
