“Update: was able to get it to work on a later visit, but it required help from the staff at the store. Excited Durham has EV charges but disappointed with it being AmpUp as they are unreliable. There are no card readers on the machines so you must use their app. The app either fails to release the chargers or the cord only comes out about 16 inches which is not long enough to reach any car no matter the location of the charging port.
