“The Ivy chargers at this location are unreliable. Even when the app shows them as available they often don’t work and need maintenance service. Another frustrating experience today. The app said both chargers were available. On arrival one is in use and the second one is not functioning, won’t start after 3 tries. I called the 1800 number to request that they reboot the charger. The person who answered said “that charger has failed this morning 90% of the time, I don’t think rebooting will help, it needs a service call”. He did the reboot, machine still doesn’t work. Don’t waste your time here. Go to Shell Recharge or Electrify Canada at Wellington Road just north of the 401.” — Kathy S, 7 months ago
