What drivers have written

“Not sure why this is labeled as a fast-charge because it is not. It is not an over-night charge but it takes an hour and a half for a full charge on my Ioniq6 and one hour for 80% charge. I'm used to 20 minute charge for 80%, so I would not consider this a fast charge at all. This station puts out 30 kw while the ones I'm used to put out 189 kw. There was also a charge to my account of $40 a possible hold, but then it kicked me off and when I tried to re do ot, it would bot allow me to because it had that hold on my account and I then didn't have enough for them to charge another $40 hold on my account. So I had to take my time and register with a different card in order to use the charge. Lots of hassle when I don't think they should be placing any holds if I didn't get to use the charge bit I guess that's basically all of these companies. The station is located at the far corner behind the car dealership, easy to find and stations themselves are pretty well cared for. And atleast at this dealership no one is parking the dealerships vehicles like I've come across at other stations in San Antonio.” — Charly Manow, 11 months ago
