Most of the time, the charging spots are blocked by non-EV cars, or all three spots are taken by regular vehicles with no enforcement. Even when you do get lucky and find an open charger, do not walk away from your car. The moment you leave, they will boot your vehicle and then demand around $300 to remove it, claiming you’re “not a guest.” There is no clear signage, no warning, and no reasonable grace period—just predatory behavior designed to trap drivers who are trying to charge.
