Charging a mandatory $5 connection fee just to plug in, on top of over $0.60 per kWh, is an absolute rip-off—especially for a Level 2 station that can’t even deliver 7 kW. The charging speed is painfully slow, the physical condition of the station leaves a lot to be desired, and forcing a $5 minimum just to start a session is totally unreasonable for this level of performance.
