“Visiting pool. Numerous chargers available, but could not activate with charge point app on phone; previously used elsewhere. App gave a general "no chargers near you". Called 888 number listed, went through several interactions with phone auto attendant only to get passed to live someone line, that never picked up the call. Hung up and left after 5 mins. Guess of possible reasons: 1. Car only level 2 capable. Cord head looked normal, but maybe DC only chargers, no labling. 2. Phone's Bluetooth was enabled to car, some type of cross app interference? 3. Seems that it would be more important to have support services on weekends/holidays.
