“Mixed experience. I was eventually able to charge, but the user interface is both very glitchy and not intuitive at all. There are 4 CCS connections across 2 separate chargers. What I liked: - Clean and bright. - There is a bench. - Equipment looks to be very new. - Nearby food and drink, etc. - Fair price ($0.45/kWh) What I didn't like: - Does not accept chargepoint or EVgo cards. - Must use a credit card (tap or chip). - $50 pre-authorization hold on credit card. - Instructions were mixed between both the display and the pin pad, making it confusing to follow what step to take next. - Had to tap the credit card again to terminate charging early. - The right side of charger 1 faulted and would not work for me. I got charger 2 left side to work. - Appears to top-out at 60kW, even with only 1 position being used. Mediocre for Level 3 charging.” — Ben Kregel, 2 years ago
