“Battery on single digits and the stations are down. 9 p.m. and no other station in driving distance. Rep on the phone was like, “Oh, well. I’ll send a note to someone and maybe they’ll fix it tomorrow.’ Just where I wanted to get stranded overnight and possibly tomorrow! Unbelievable. Had to use FE on our last stop, too, and it took 20 minutes and a phone call to make it work, then sat there forever as it charged excruciatingly slowly.
