“Living nearby, I rely on this charging location a few times a month for both my VinFast VF8 and VF9, and I've found it generally reliable with very few connection problems. While there are three fast chargers, keep in mind the middle one is occasionally stated "Unavailable." For the quickest charge, I recommend visiting either very early in the morning or after 8 PM, as the station tends to be quite busy during early evenings and weekends, given the bustling shopping center with its two Walmart stores, various international restaurants, and a bank.” — Nam Nguyen, a year ago

“Almost deserves a four, but with only three out of the six chargers working, it can’t achieve more than a three. What was great about the spot is it was a fast charger and conveniently located near a Walmart where we ended up using the bathroom while we waited. But someone parked in one of the slots with a non-electric vehicle. Disappointing that the middle one was completely unavailable due to perhaps a system update? Now I completely understand why electric cars are not selling. Come on, California. If you want to move to all electric, get your infrastructure in proper order! “Ok, now that we have access to the charger we needed, things are great. However, we went to three different places looking for a charger that our car could use. At the second location we found one, plugged in, but it didn't work. I called the company and a lovely person tried to fix the situation. When she couldn't, she directed us to the nearest station her company owns. She told me to call back when we got to the station so she could give us a free charging session.
