“7/28/22 This EA charging station is in a good location. It's quite popular, in fact. Unfortunately, like so many EA stations, it is poorly maintained. This weekend, there were only 1 out of 8 chargers working. We used this station twice while making a round trip to Coeur d'alene from Tacoma. On the way out, there were 2 cars in front of us...we waited 30 minutes. On the way back, there were 2 cars in front of us (and 3 behind us)...we waited 70 minutes. Since we had a lot of time, I called EA customer support. She verified half the chargers had mechanical issues, She tried to reset the other 3, but was unsuccessful. I recommend that ALL frustrated drivers call customer support (the number is on the charger)!!! The more people complain, the sooner things will get fixed! Update 9/23/23: A year later and EA upgraded the chargers, but guess what?...they still don't work well...and there are only 4 CCS/1 Chademo. Every time I come here, 25-50% of the units are "Unavailable". There are usually 2-3 cars waiting...plan for an hour at this location. This site is popular, there should be 8-12 working chargers here! Update 8/2/25 EA finally has their act together! All chargers available. Wait time 10 minutes. 48¢ kW. “Started nicely at 185kW, but dropped to 37kW with the battery at only 40%. Had to unplug and restart the session to get back up to 185kW. Station 01 still broken.
