“Only supercharging station in the area, so you can imagine my panic when the Tesla map showed it as “not working.” The next closest one is in Bangor, and let’s just say my battery anxiety was louder than my Spotify playlist. Thankfully, the station was fully operational when we arrived. No complaints here — it’s just five minutes from our hotel, which is about as convenient as it gets. As for the smell some people mentioned, I didn’t notice anything strong or unpleasant. But to be fair, I wasn’t there to sniff the scenery… just to charge my car and get going. “I judge superchargers based on charging, availability of bathrooms and food. This supercharger is good, Bathrooms are near in Hannaford supermarket (go to the left from the main entrance) but the entire area has a horrible stench especially strong near the super chargers. I barely made it to the car, I thought I was going to throw up. When I got home I looked up what is generating this nasty smell around the mall, and found the article that talks about the smell from a composting plan nearby contaminating the whole area.
