“Electrify America is owned by Volkswagen. 0/10 stars. I will never buy a Volkswagen because of how poorly they manage the network of Electrify America chargers (check Reddit). We waited 4 hours to use one of three working chargers. Required 162 minutes to charge 80%. This is supposed to be a HYPER-fast charge. You could drive to Philadelphia faster than get a 75% charge here. I don’t know who to blame. Poor legislation? A poorly managed company (Volkswagen)? Dysfunctional political economic system? Big Oil lobbyists? Electrify America was created by Volkswagen as part of their punishment for their emissions scandal. They have little incentive to keep this network of chargers reliably working (just check the reviews). The only way to fix this, DO NOT PURCHASE VOLKSWAGEN.” — Greg Genco, a year ago
