“Stopped by the Tesla Supercharger in Encinitas, where the old BMW dealership used to be. The whole area looks pretty run down, not really what you’d expect from Tesla. There’s a bunch of dirt and junk lying around, and the pavement’s seen better days. One thing that really stood out is that there’s no trash cans around, so people just leave their junk everywhere. It makes the whole spot look even worse and feels like it hasn’t been taken care of in a while. The chargers work fine, which is the most important thing, I guess. And it’s close to the service center, so there’s that. But the overall vibe of the place just doesn’t match up with Tesla’s usual standards.
