“Four 150kw stations and 1 or 2 are always broken, and the ones available are always blocked usually by a tesla that is just parked there not charging and if I find one you can use you end up getting 20-30 kw out of 150 kw every time, so it will take you sooo long to charge? If you can’t fix something in two weeks it’s either because you are not qualified to work on it or it’s not fixable. They don’t value the customer. How much time has been wasted because they don’t send someone to fix them. They only say we understand but they don’t.
