What drivers have written

“This charger got the job done, but there are a few things worth knowing before you arrive. When I visited, there were two charging ports available, but only one appeared to be operational. One station showed green status lights and worked normally; the other displayed red lights and would not allow me to start a charging session. Charging speeds were on the slower side, but I was able to leave my vehicle for a few hours and get the charge I needed. The chargers were also a bit difficult to locate. I ended up driving around the entire building before finding them which initially made me wonder whether they were intended for public use or just for dealership vehicles. They are available to the public, but better signage would be helpful. One tip for anyone unfamiliar with EV charging equipment (as I was, since I was driving a rental): the charging cable may have an adapter attached to the end. At first I thought the two cables were different connector types and that the one I needed was the one that was out of service. I later discovered there was a release lever that allowed an adapter to be removed, revealing the connector that fit my vehicle.” — Diane Flood, 3 months ago

“FYI: there are two ports. Need an adapter for Tesla” — Michael Antonini, a year ago
