What drivers have written
“There are 4 charging posts and each has two charging cables for L2 charging. But each post produce 6.6kwh only and if two cars are using a post, each car will only get 3.3kwh, half of electricity from it. Crystal, I would recommend to make this charging posts as paid service. Mainly I am driving a less capacity EV and really ran low when I got to the mountain. I don’t need to use it for four hours but one or two hours are enough to get me home. But when I got there, all the fancy long range EV are using the free charging and they might not really need extra charging! Glad I came down later to swap the board and found one spot free. Please consider that!” — Benjamin Lin, 2 years ago
“Free charging at any of the 8 spots. It is on a first come first serve basis. I rented a model 3 Tesla that had 8% charge, said it needed more than 15 hours for a full charge. It is ideal if you are staying at the resort but it can also give you a good bit of mileage while you playing on the mountain.” — Tn Luan, 3 years ago
“It’s free (in the summer anyway), but it’s really really slow (probably 110 volts connection). Not at all busy when we were there, and lots of ports. The big Con is: since the wait is really long, even though charging is free, we ends up spending $240+ for four for gondola rides to the peak (and some expensive foods)” — Wayne Orige, 3 years ago
