“Chargers were a little hidden due to the giant snow piles in the parking lot but when I arrived all chargers were available. With my mustang mach-e. I just pulled in, plugged in, agreed to the cost per kWh and then started charging with zero issues. Was averaging around 75-80 kW so slightly lower then what I have seen at some other chargers but still acceptable and my car may not have fully pre-conditioned prior to arrival. “YET ANOTHER UPDATE: At least another month has gone by and this location has been down to one 150 Kw charger. So many vehicles being turned away... most coming off I-90 and passing through. Though lately most that used to come here now know better. Plus, looking at the app prior will let you know that nothing is working or avaiable. I keep informing customer service and they keep saying that they are working on it. That's a laugh. Others told me that they also have been reporting the same issues and no results. I wish Walmart would hurry up and put in their own stations like they talk about doing. Yank these worthless E/A chargers out. Please! UPDATE: Continues to be the worst experience I could have. Same stations seem to always be broke down. E/A says they are working on it. For months? And the two charging bays left, charge at an extremely slow rate. I can seldom charge to 80% from 20% in the 30 minutes limit. Writing or calling the company gets no results. Customer service must be in another country. Hard to understand and don't seem to know what you are experiencing. I wonder if it is just our area in Erie, PA. The next closest is 85 miles in Cleveland or 100 miles toward Buffalo. Far and few between. Could be the reason there is a lack of good service in this region. Electrify America is the worst. They claim 24/7 support yet I sat at a station and then finally drove home while on hold for over 10 minutes and no one picked up. I called 2 more times and nothing. I could not use my app today to access a session. The app said no staions available, yet it seemed that other EV owners were able to charge. They may have been using a credit card. “Worked great, charged from 43% to 85% in about 25 minutes. Keep in mind that it gives you a 10 minute grace after charging completes. Every minute past that is a .40 cent additional charge.” — Shaun Williams, 5 months ago
