“I recently visited this charging station on my way to Sabarimala, hoping to charge my vehicle. Unfortunately, I had a frustrating experience. Despite the GOEC app showing 2 out of 3 charging points as available, none of them worked properly. Each time I tried to charge, the session would start and immediately show as finished. I contacted customer care, and although they were responsive and restarted the machine, the issue remained unresolved.
