“Would give negative stars if possible. Extremely dissatisfied with ChargeLab's service at this location. They charged my family member 400$ in idling fees for the car remaining plugged in during the wee hours of the morning. ChargeLab, your system is set up so that no one can use this charger late at night unless they are ready to get up at 4am and rush out to unplug their car -- lest you charge them hundreds of dollars for nothing. Idling fees make sense in busy situations -- a 400$ charge at 3am, in a new parking lot with multiple chargers always available does not. This feels purely opportunistic. Edit: If you are wondering, like me, how a few hours of idling fee can add up to 400$, I had a look at my family member's invoice, and it includes over 200$ for "0 minutes" of idling.
