“So you changed your policy and now we can't preload our account. Now you take $20 out immediately when we hook up to the charging station. Only after a few minutes though it disconnected. So I had to redo it. So now you've tied up my money for the morning. And it never cost me more than $12 to charge. This morning it will only be 7 to $9. This is terrible customer service. If you're going to pre-take money out of my account that I have not spent. That I will never spend. Because it's more than I will ever spend. That's wrong. That's bad customer service. I'm asking you to change this. And I'm going to reach out to a lawyer and ask them what government agency I can take this up with. And if you're going to make me prepay I should get to pick my amount. So why didn't you do that? Why didn't you think about your customers and what they wanted? Because you're the ones who are getting money from us. And you need to be reminded of that. I don't appreciate this first thing in the morning. If you have a dip in sales maybe it's the people who can take their charging stations to the Tesla stations or the iona stations. And I hope you lose business over this. You never have enough chargers in any of the stations. I only use you because I have to. I hope that tells you something. I'll say it again. I only use your service because you're the only one. “I wasn't sure I was in the right place, but managed to locate the chargers – behind a boarded up formet Walmart. App was unable to identify what station I was at. When pulled all the way into the space by a charger, the cable was too short to reach the front of my medium sized car. Had to park with my car's back ending sticking out to make it work.
