“Reviews always make me a bit anxious about relying on many charge stations, but we used this Electrify America station outside Walmart on a bit of a longer trip a couple weeks ago without any issues. The first station we pulled into was functional, starting charging right after processing payment. Only took about 35 minutes to give us a 60% charge up from 20-80% and we were ready to be on our way again. Glad to report we did not have any issues here, didn't have to wait for any spots to open on the super-fast stations at 10am on a Saturday morning, and everything went smoothly.” — Morgan Thatcher, 3 months ago

“This location was awfully chaotic on a Sunday afternoon. The chargers are right near the road coming into a busy parking lot so it was very difficult to find a place to wait for a charger. There were definitely problems with "cutting in line" and drivers topping off their batteries instead of heading out. Why doesn't electrify America have a queueing system to help resolve these issues? Charging price of $0.48/kWh today, better than I've paid elsewhere but my charger didn't charge beyond about 50KW until a few other vehicles left. I'm a newbie to EVs and was just driving a rental, but this experience left me less than thrilled with this charging network.
