What drivers have written

“Both chargers worked fine but never broke 73 kWh, as per other reviews here, with temp above 50 degrees. 2 days later, at 35 degrees, max output was 33 kWh at both chargers. 200 kW is a lie. Given that many EVGOchargers are also deceptively labeled and marketed as 200 kWh, shouldn’t we be in a class action suit against EVGO?” — Drake Baer and Michael Cadden, 8 months ago

“I chose the hotel based on the convenience of an EVgo station on premise which accommodates Tesla since it has a Tesla jack on one of the two charging stations. It turned out that there is a software glitch and when you choose Tesla jack in the EVgo app, it thinks that you have chosen another standard. I contacted their support, they responded immediately but could not do anything about it. So EVgo wasted a lot of my time and I still had to drive to a Tesla supercharger while I could have charged it on premise if EVgo station worked properly.” — Shahriar Nayeri, 3 years ago

““Very fast” at 200kW equals less than 80kW, and in the only one charging. When it’s “very fast” with some stations, it actually does go closer to that number. This seems to be a theme with Evgo versus Electrify America.” — Christina Johnson-Pluznik, 3 years ago
