“I agree with the previous poster. The charging stations looks new but one isn't working at all and the second keeps connecting and then giving random errors. I tried a few different times on both cables of the one working station and the closest it got to working for me was pre-charging. I think the error I got the most was something about the insulation of the cables or something like that. I tried to use my phone / credit card to paid directly on the charger as well as through the app and it didn't work either way. I also contacted customer service about trying to reload the $20 auto load balance or whatever it was and it's been over a week now and nobody has gotten back to me. Overall my experience with blink charging is limited to this one and it was pretty bad so I plan on avoiding this charging network in the future.” — T K, 2 years ago
