What drivers have written

“Excellent experience at the 240 kW Tata Power EV charging station on the Mumbai–Delhi Expressway. The ultra-fast charger is very useful for long-distance EV travel, especially for reducing charging time during highway journeys. The station is well maintained and perfectly located with McDonald’s and Starbucks nearby, making it a comfortable stop for food, coffee, and refreshment while charging the vehicle. Clean parking area, easy accessibility from the expressway, and a smooth charging experience overall. A great example of how highway EV infrastructure in India is improving rapidly. Highly recommended for EV travelers on the Delhi–Jaipur–Mumbai route. ⚡🚗☕🍔 Although initial power cut issue was there but got charged once power came.” — Learning Orthodox Songs, 3 months ago

“Honestly? When I went there, the chargers were all turned off and not working at all. I'm giving it a 3 star rating for the benefit of doubt that it was a one-time situation. I'll soon visit again to check and update my review accordingly!” — Samkit Palecha, 3 months ago

“As on 8-6-26 i have received the refund of the below mention review: I used the charging station with AutoCharge enabled and completed my charging session successfully. The session was shown as finished in the app, and I left the station and reached Delhi. However, after almost 2 hours, another charging session was started by someone else at the same station, but the amount was wrongly debited from my account. When I contacted customer care, instead of providing any technical explanation or solution, I was blamed for the issue. I was told that I had supposedly inserted the charging gun into my car first and then connected the same gun to another vehicle, which is completely illogical and impossible after leaving the location. If the charging session had already ended in my app, how could another session automatically start after 2 hours without my presence? No proper investigation or technical clarification was provided. Instead, the issue was shifted onto me and that it also can be presumed that my Tata Harrier vehicle MAC ID may have been linked to another vehicle by Tata. This clearly indicates either a serious AutoCharge system failure, backend mapping issue, or security flaw in the charging network or lapses at tata motor end. Despite repeated emails no reply is received yet and customer care failed to resolve the matter and provided no satisfactory support. Charger is defaulted and do not use or mobey will keep debiting from your account after the charge or you may get free charge 😆” — Manpreet Singh, 3 months ago
