What drivers have written

“EXPENSIVE!! 0.60/kw! Supposed to be fast. It's evening. I'm the only one charging. 52kw Spoiled to Tesla pricing/speed I guess! I have 2021 Tesla model Y. And a CCS retrofit adapter. Successful charge by downloading the Francis app and creating an account. **(I had a CCS retrofit installed last week, after miserable experience coming up to what I thought was a supercharger and seeing it had 11 hours to charge and being put in a bind.) I didn't get to do the excursions I had planned on the 1st trip due to the 'challenge of the chargers'. The CCS retro fit install was KEY!! I had it done in Littleton CO for $250ish. The adapter was included!!” — Tammy, 3 months ago

“This is my second time and I got CCS on 03 to work but only by using their app. Once I used the app, payment was seamless. It did not accept Apple Pay, credit cards, debit cards at the machine itself. I tried Amex, Mastercard, and the Francis Energy card (see below). None worked. In terms of speed, it only went up to 36 kW despite advertising much faster. I can get 250 kW at Tesla or IONNA chargers. That said, I’ll come back and use this charger now that I know how to do so successfully.” — Jason Hand, 7 months ago

“Got FRF03 to work with the app, after downloading per previous user recommendation. Card payment would not work. Otherwise it’s expensive at $.62/kWh” — Jason, 4 months ago
