“I recently had a frustrating experience with an Electrify America EV charging station that showed up on Google Maps as working and available during my drive from Sausalito, California to Southern California. When I arrived at the location, all the stations were unavailable and being installed by a technician. This left me stranded in the middle of nowhere with only 10% charge remaining on my vehicle. I had no choice but to call roadside assistance and wait for three hours for a tow. To make matters worse, the nearest dealership for my Volvo was in Fresno, California, so that’s where they had to take me. This experience was incredibly inconvenient and stressful.
