“Needs to be updated with accurate usability info. One charger was undergoing maintenance and the other, while it had no working screen, allowed me to use the app to scan the QR code and pretend to start charging my car, only to stop after 15 seconds. It did refund me for failing to charge automatically, though. I did not have to submit a support ticket or jump through hoops. Still, disappointing, and nearly cost me a tow.
